TERM: If this HPA-A is to operate for a fixed Term, the Term shall be specified here as: from the date of execution. Unless specified otherwise, this HPA-A shall prevail indefinitely, until terminated by either party in writing, pursuant to clause 5 hereunder, or until a new HPA-A is signed between Odeum and the Grower.
