The Western Pennsylvania Regional Data Center (WPRDC) is a project of the University Center of Social and Urban Research (UCSUR) of the University of Pittsburgh (University) in collaboration with the City of Pittsburgh and the County of Allegheny in Pennsylvania. The WPRDC and the WPRDC project are supported by a grant from the Richard King Mellon Foundation. This Data Usage Agreement includes the terms and conditions that you must agree to before you access the data or use it when you deposit it with the WPRDC. By using the data available on the WPRDC website portal, you agree to the terms of your access to the WPRDC and your use of the data when you deposit it with the WPRDC. With the intention of being legally bound, you agree that the date of entry into force of the Agreement is the date of your signature or by clicking on the acceptance of these Terms, and you will continue to bind the Terms with any further attempt to access or use data from the WPRDC.
