THIS OPTION to PURCHASE AGREEMENT (hereafter “Option” or “Agreement”) is entered into on the 4th day of February, 2021, by and between the Town of Mammoth Lakes, a municipal corporation, (hereafter “Owner”) and Mammoth Lakes Pacific Associates, a California Limited Partnership (hereafter "Prospective Purchaser") for the future right to purchase a +/- 2.5- acre portion of APN 035-010-020, commonly referred to as The Parcel and near the terminus of Center Street, Mammoth Lakes, Mono County, California and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto (hereafter "the Property”).
