THIS AGREEMENT, entered this _____ day of _____________, 20____ by and between the City of Minot (herein called the “Grantee”) and IEDC (herein called the “Sub-recipient”). WHEREAS, the Grantee has applied for and received funds from the United States Government under the Disaster Relief Appropriations Act, 2013, Public Law 113–2 (Appropriations Act);
