The Agreement is entered into by and between Mississippi State University (hereinafter referred to as ACustomer@), and (hereinafter referred to as AVendor@). This Agreement becomes effective upon signature by Customer and Vendor, and shall take precedence over all agreements and understandings between the parties. Vendor, by its acceptance hereof, agrees to rent to Customer, and Customer, by its acceptance hereof, agrees to rent from Vendor, the equipment, including applicable software and services to render it continually operational, listed in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
