This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by Sandy Hook Promise Foundation (SHPF), a non-profit IRC 501(c)(3) organization, located at 13 Church Hill Road, Newtown, Connecticut 06470, and the Prince William County School Board (“the School Board”) for the Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS), organized and existing under and pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of Virginia and with a primary business address at 14715 Bristow Road, Manassas, Virginia 20112. SHPF and the School Board may also each be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
