It is the policy of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Nelson, including The Catholic Independent Schools of Nelson Diocese, that non-contract employees, volunteers (including Board Members) and contractors will not disclose confidential information belonging to, or obtained through, their affiliation with the Diocese, to any third party including relatives, friends, business and professional associates except to the extent necessary for the normal conduct of business with those who are specifically authorized to receive such information and/or unless required by law.
