FREDERICK BOARD OF EDUCATION FNCB-R LAPTOP COMPUTER USE AGREEMENTPlease read this entire section carefully. This agreement is made effective upon receipt of the Computer, between the Frederick Public Schools (“FPS”), the student receiving a Computer (“Student”), and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (“Parent”). The Student and Parent(s), in consideration of being provided with a computer, software, and related materials(the “Computer”) for use while a student is attending Frederick Public Schools, hereby agree as follows: 1. Equipment1.1 OwnershipFPS retains sole right of possession and ownership of the Computer and grants permission to the Student to use the Computer according to the guidelines set forth in this document.
