This End User License Agreement (the “License”) applies to the Integrated Hydrologic Model (“Code”) and the Integrated Northern Tampa Bay Model (“INTB Model”), and all related Documentation hereinafter collectively referred to as “Original Work” of Tampa Bay Water and Southwest Florida Water Management District (collectively “Licensor”) who license and make available the Original Work to the Licensee (either an individual or a single entity), subject to the terms and conditions of this License.
