This Urban Center Housing Tax Increment Financing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this day of March, 2017 by and between the Town of Framingham, a Massachusetts municipal corporation with offices at Memorial Hall, 150 Concord Street, Framingham, MA 01701 (the “Town”) and MCRT Investments LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, the “Developer”), with a usual place of business at 200 Wheeler Road, Burlington, MA 01803 (the Town and the Developer may be referred to collectively hereafter as the “Parties”)
