This agreement is the mediation and arbitration agreement used in most arbitration proceedings. It includes the option to mediate a family law dispute first, before moving into the arbitration phase. If mediation is not requested, then those portions can be deleted. If Arbitration is not reqested, then those portions can be deleted. Mediation / Arbitration proceedings should only occur where there is Independent Legal Advice for each party.
