As part of the Lincoln Neighborhood Redevelopment Project, City staff has been acquiring properties in the Lincoln Neighborhood for demolition and redevelopment. Staff from the Rabiner Treatment Center have expressed interest in partnering with the City to have students from the Rabiner Vocational Program participate in deconstruction activities in order to prepare students for employment.
