THIS AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (the “Agreement”) is made as of September 27, 2011 by and among Bergen GP9 Limited Partnership, a Pennsylvania limited partnership (the “General Partner”), and the persons and/or entities identified on the Schedule of Partners who purchased interests as limited partners (collectively the “Limited Partners” or individually a “Limited Partner”). The General Partner and the Limited Partners are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Partners,” or individually as a “Partner.”
