If market conditions change significantly, or if the Borrower fails to submit financial data to the Bank, or if the Borrower fails to submit any changes to the previously submitted documents within 10 (ten) working days, also if a normative act is issued changing the monetary-credit system of Georgia, the Bank may unilaterally change the overdraft interest rate, of which the customer shall be notified in the prescribed manner and within the timeframe.
