Introduction: This document is directed to the parents or guardians of each student who intends to participate in the below activity in connection with Chaminade College Preparatory School. All students are expected to attend their class trip. Parents with concerns about their son attending the trip have been encouraged to reach out to the administration. The goals and practical details of this trip have been fully explained to each student. Throughout this Agreement, references to Chaminade College Preparatory School or Chaminade, shall be read to include its staff, chaperones, faculty, employees, agents, its trustees, and any other contracted parties.
