COMES NOW Southern Missouri Gas Company, L.P. d/b/a Southern Missouri Natural Gas (“SMNG”) and Missouri Gas Utility, Inc. (“MGU”) (collectively, “Joint Applicants”), the Commission Staff (“Staff”), the Office of the Public Counsel (“Public Counsel”), and Southern Union Company d/b/a Missouri Gas Energy (“MGE”)(collectively “Signatories”) by and through their undersigned counsel, and, pursuant to Missouri Public Service Commission (“Commission”) 4 CSR 240-2.115, respectfully request that the Commission approve the following Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement (Stipulation).
