The Grantor gives to the Legal Resource Centre a non-exclusive irrevocable worldwide licence for the duration of the copyright period of the publication to reproduce and publish the Work in all languages in whole or in part in connection with that certain publication and electronic service currently entitled LawNow. The Grantor acknowledges that the Centre may reproduce and publish the Work in whole or in part in any format and through any medium which the Centre may determine in its absolute discretion, including, without limitation, in print or by analog or digital means whether used in a static or interactive manner and using any method now known or developed in the future to publish, distribute, transmit or communicate to the public or to such persons as the Centre in its absolute discretion may determine.
