THIS CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the day of , 2005, by and between the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE (“Temple”) and the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF BELTON (“Belton”). Temple and Belton and any other public housing authority hereafter executing this Agreement are hereafter collectively called the “Parties”.
