ENTIRE AGREEMENT. McWane, Inc. and its divisions and subsidiaries (the “Seller”) agrees to sell the goods covered herein (“Goods”) to Buyer on the following terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms and Conditions”) which supersede any other or inconsistent terms of Buyer. The Terms and Conditions and the order or other contract documents to which they are attached constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Goods (the “Agreement”). All references by Seller to Buyer’s specifications and similar requirements are only to describe the Goods and work covered hereby and no warranties or other terms will have any force or effect. Neither this Agreement, nor any modification, amendment or waiver to it, nor any cancellation, change or return of any order under it, will be binding on Seller until agreed in writing by Seller’s authorized representative.
