Customer’s corporate configuration and user base at the time of the order. If any configuration changes (e.g., if the Customer acquires a new affiliate), a fee increase commensurate with such change may be required before access and use of the Service is provided to or for the benefit of the additional user population. Customer should contact their ProQuest account manager in the case of such a change.
