This Consulting Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and effective as of this ____ day of April 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Meyers Group LLC, a ________ limited liability company located at 1152 G St., NW, 9th Floor, Washington, DC 20005 (“The Meyers Group”) and Paladin Howard Management, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, located at 2121 Rosecrans Ave., Ste. 2320, El Segundo, CA 90245 (“Paladin”). The Meyers Group and Paladin, each a “Party” to this Agreement shall sometimes collectively be referred to as the “Parties”.
