The Property includes approximately 2.7 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Numbers 0172000200100, 0172000203000, and 0172000203200. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of May 11, 2022, and any amendments thereto, by 28 Cherrydale Drive, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
