The Florida Department of Transportation (Department), is currently preparing to undertake a project, which involves repaving a certain portion of SR207 from the intersection of I95 to SR312, identified as financial project number FPID# 445546-1-52-01. The County has determined that it is in the best interest for the County to enter into a Utility Work by Highway Contractor (UHWC) agreement with the Department. This agreement requires the Department to perform the utility work with a total estimated project cost of $68,854.50 to the County. The County has determined it's best served to have the Department adjust valve heights and manhole lids to avoid current conflicts with this project. The County has reviewed and agreed to the terms, provisions, conditions, and requirements of the agreement and is requesting authorization from the Board of County Commissioners to enter into this agreement.
