On November 8, 2021, you filed, on behalf of PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM), an assigned Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA) among PJM, AL- Spring Lane LLC, and West Penn Power Company (West Penn) (collectively, the Parties) (Assigned Stahlstown-Ligonier WMPA).1 PJM states that the Assigned Stahlstown- Ligonier WMPA replaces an existing WMPA among PJM, Glidepath Ventures, LLC (Glidepath), and West Penn (Service Agreement No. 5545),2 to effectuate the assignment from Glidepath of all of its rights and duties under the agreement to AL-Spring Lane LLC, in accordance with the Consent to Assignment and Amendment Agreement executed by the Parties and Glidepath. PJM requests that the effective date of the Assigned Stahlstown-Ligonier WMPA remain the same as the effective date of the original WMPA, i.e., December 11, 2019.
