This agreement ("Agreement") is made , 2020 (the "Effective Date") by and between the George Washington University, a congressionally–chartered, not-for- profit corporation located in the District of Columbia, U.S.A., on behalf of its Milken Institute School of Public Health (“GW” or "Recipient") and xxxxxxxxxx, a satellite graduate school of the XXXXX located in xxxxx, on behalf of its (XXXXX” or "Provider") (each, a "Party", and together, the "Parties").
