This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into between the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments, a regional planning agency, hereinafter referred to as “SBCAG,” and the City of Lompoc, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “AGENCY,” for the purpose of defining SBCAG and AGENCY’S roles and responsibilities for the operation of interregional commuter transit service in Santa Barbara County.
