This Software License and Support Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Quadient USA Inc., a Massachusetts corporation with offices at 470 Atlantic Ave., 4th floor, Boston, MA 02210 (“QUADIENT” or “Licensor”) and the customer identified on the Neopost Order Form (the “Customer” or “Licensee”). QUADIENT or Customer may be referred to herein as a “Party” and they may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties”.
