Local transit service agreements are required by the BC Transit Act. The agreements specify the responsibilities for the provision and funding of transit service and are the basis for entering into Operating Agreements. The terms and conditions of this agreement are consistent with the BC Transit Act and associated Regulations. The cost sharing conditions are those specified in the appropriate section of the BC Transit Act Regulations (i.e. unchanged from the established formula).
