Please read these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time (this “Agreement”), carefully before using the Evident Online Account (the “Website(s)”) and the Services (as defined below) provided by Evident Inc. (“Evident”) through the Website(s). Evident provides the Services and the Website(s) in accordance with this Agreement. By using or accessing the Website(s) and the Services, namely, the Lab Design Portal, Workflow Automation for Customers, Gateway, Doctor Portal, Dentist Design Portal (Hub), Lab Management Software (LMS), and such other Services as may be launched or introduced by Evident from time to time or clicking on the Accept button, you expressly indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and your agreement to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use or access the Website(s), including any of the Services.
