The Offer Agreement (according to Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) is an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) to conclude an Agreement between the State Enterprise «Ukrmetrteststandart», which is the publisher of the Measurements Infrastructure (hereinafter the Publisher), and any individual who is the author of a scientific paper (hereinafter the Paper) or a coauthor authorized by the team of authors of the Paper (hereinafter the Client); therefore, the Publisher shall publish this Offer Agreement on the official website of the Measurements Infrastructure Journal (hereinafter the Journal).
