Attached hereto for your consideration is a Lease Agreement with Kingsky Flight Academy, LLC (Kingsky) located at 3131 Flightline Drive on the south side of Lakeland Linder International Airport (Airport). Kingsky is a Florida based company that specializes in private pilot training that has been a tenant at the Airport for approximately nine (9) years. Kingsky’s current lease expired on December 31, 2023 and does not contain any additional renewal options. Accordingly, Kingsky is seeking to enter into a new lease in order to continue to use the 2,255 square feet of office space and 6,000 square feet of hangar space located at 3131 Flightline Drive. Kingsky's present base rent is $6.88 per square foot, including utilities. Upon the commencement of this Lease, Kingsky’s new base rent will be adjusted to $8.31 per square foot, including utilities.
