This Seventh Amendment to the Mission Bay South Owner Participation Agreement (this “Seventh Amendment”), dated for reference purposes only as of [_ , 2020], is by and between the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco, a public body organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “Successor Agency”), commonly known as the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure, and FOCIL-MB, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Owner”). As used in this Amendment, “City” means the City and County of San Francisco, a charter city and county. All initially capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings set forth in the South OPA (as defined below), unless otherwise specifically provided herein.
