This contract will be automatically extended for a Thirty Six (36) month periods after the end of the first term. In the eleventh (12th) month of each extension, prior to the end of each term, the price of the product will be adjusted to the actual amount of the international price demanded by the market; however, the new price can not exceed 10% plus or minus of the originally quoted price.
