Reference is made to that certain executed Employment Agreement ("Prior Agreement") made and entered into by and between Company and John Lasseter dated as of February 24, 1997. As an inducement for the parties to enter into this Employment Agreement, the parties agree that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Prior Agreement, the Term of the Prior Agreement shall expire as of March 20, 2001 and shall be superceded by this Agreement. 1.
