In consideration of being permitted to participate in the activities sponsored by the Westport/Grayland Chamber of Commerce on September 2, 2017 each of the undersigned releases, for himself/herself, his/her spouse, legal representative, Chamber of Commerce, its officers and elected officials, and its promoters and sponsors, and assigns, for any and all loss of damage, and any claim of damages resulting therefrom, on account of injury to releaser person or property, even injury resulting in death of the releaser, whether caused by the negligence of releases or otherwise while the releaser is participation in any Chamber of Commerce sponsored activities.
