This Agreement explains the terms and conditions for accessing accounts and conducting transactions at Clarkson Bank (“Institution”, “we”, “us” and “our”) via our Online Banking site(s) as used in this agreement, “you" and “your” refer to each person signing an Online Banking Enrollment Form, “payee” means anyone, including the Clarkson Bank, that you designate to pay and we accept as a payee.
