This Digital License Agreement (“License”) administers your access or utilization of the online service that enables you to access infinitefocus.org, infinitefocuschools.org, the Infinite Focus Schools mobile application (referred to herein either individually or collectively as the “Service’), as well as the Infinite Focus exercises, recordings, supplemental and related activity lessons, videos, software, and other assets (referred to herein either individually or collectively, together with the Service, as the “Curriculum”) provided by Infinite Focus, Inc. (“Infinite Focus, Inc.,” “Infinite Focus Schools,” “IFS”, “we,” or “us”).
