By Resolution 124/XXIV of 21 February 2001, received by the depositary on 3 March 2009, the Governing Council of the International Fund for Agricultural Development, at its Twenty-fourth Session held in Rome from 20-22 February 2001, adopted the Amendments to articles 7.2 (a) and (b) of the above Agreement.
