This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the County of Orange, acting through its Social Services Agency (SSA), hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and Maximus, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “MAXIMUS.” This MOU establishes the procedures to allow MAXIMUS to provide health plan enrollment and education services for the Medi-Cal managed care plans (MCP) for Medi-Cal applicants and beneficiaries.
