This Amendment assumes no incurred debt from the original payment schedule for the 2023-24 Master Contract, to which this is an Amendment. I.e. this Amendment assumes that the School and Get It Right are beginning with a zero balance for the current school year’s services. Prior debts (i.e. the unpaid balance from the 2022-23 Master Contract) are not affected by this Amendment.
