Sophos has simplified its licensing documents. Sophos End User Terms of Use now contains terms and conditions applicable to all subscription-based Sophos business software, cloud services and managed services. This agreement is effective as of January 17, 2022 and applies to all entitlements acquired or renewed on or after January 17, 2022. Use of Sophos Hardware is governed by this Agreement, as modified by Sophos Hardware Terms. All perpetual software licenses will continue to be governed by Sophos End User License Agreement.
