The City and Contractor (“parties”) previously entered into Agreement Amendment No. 1 dated March 30, 2015, Amendment No. 2 dated May 4, 2015, and Amendment No. 3 dated February 25, 2016. The Agreement, as amended, is further amended to add additional work performed by Contractor and paid for by the City in addition to, and supplemental to Phase Work 3. The Contract is further revised as follows:
