(“District”) are parties to a Developer Extension agreement dated October 23, 2013, concerning the providing of sanitary sewer service by the District to the Owner. In consideration of the right to connect to the sewer system of the District and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Owner does grant, sell, transfer and deliver to the District all right and title to the sewer facilities and appurtenances (not including side sewers) described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Sewer Lines”).
