This agreement ("Agreement") formally recognizes Evangel University and Cox College (colletive• ly, the "parties") are active educational partners, committed to providing greater educational op• portunities for future healthcare providers in Southwest Missouri. The pa rties entered into an Ar• ticulation Agreement for nursing students, effective April 15, 2009 ("2009 Agreement") and have been operating under the terms of such agreement since its effective date. The pa rties jointly de• sire to modify the articulation agreement for nursing students as provided herein. By signing this Agreement, the pa rties acknowledge and agree that, upon the effective date of this Agreement, the 2009 Agreement and 2010 add endum shall terminate and shall no longer be in effect.
