The District and Association mutually agree that the health and safety of our staff, students and community is of the highest priority. Coupled with keeping people safe, there is a shared interest in educating and supporting the ‘whole child’ in each of our students while creating working conditions that allow the professionals to do their best work in this challenging time. Therefore, our top priority is to provide students and families options that will meet their educational needs, including preserving the opportunity for in-person instruction, while ensuring the health and safety of school communities. This agreement is in service to that priority.
