This License Agreement (this “License”) is effective as of the date it is fully executed by and between the COUNTY OF MONTEREY with offices at 1441 Schilling Place, South Building, 2nd Floor, Salinas, California 93901 (“Licensor”) and Tesla, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
