This is a Model Project Agreement. The provisions mentioned in this Model are obligatory for any Project Agreement to be concluded, however, the Agreement is open to additional agreements and provisions especially on IP issues (Articles 5 and 6). Any proposed additional agreements and provisions by the Project Partners will have to be checked by NWO – being a Party in any Project Agreement – before they can be included.
