This CCH Tax Software Master Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between CCH Incorporated, a Wolters Kluwer company (“CCH”), located at 2700 Lake Cook Road, Riverwoods, Illinois 60015, and you (“Customer”) and governs Customer’s right to access and use the Software Tools, effective as of the date Customer signs the Order Form for the Software Tools or otherwise purchases or renews a License to the Software Tools. This Agreement will continue to govern any other Software Tools listed on any future Order Form(s), subject to Section 11.1 hereof.
