This Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes the Agreement between you, The Bancorp Bank, Wilmington, Delaware (“The Bancorp Bank” or “Issuer”), InComm Financial Services, Inc.., outlining the terms and conditions under which the Vanilla Visa Reward Card has been issued to you by the Issuer. The Issuer is an FDIC insured member institution. “Card” means the Vanilla Visa Reward Card issued to you by The Bancorp Bank. By accepting and using the Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. “Card Account” means the records we maintain to account for the value of claims associated with the Card. All Cards are issued by the Issuer and distributed and serviced by InComm Financial Services, Inc..
