ASSOCIATES LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company (“Grantor”), which is the owner of property known as “Recreation Area No. 1” located on East Broadway, in Milford, Connecticut (“Recreation Area”), more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, for good and valuable consideration recited below from THE CITY OF MILFORD, CONNECTICUT, a public body corporate and politic of the State of Connecticut ("Grantee"), does hereby grant unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, an easement (“Easement”), for the construction of a sidewalk and for such purposes as a sidewalk may be used ordinarily for sidewalk purposes, in, over, under, upon and across the property of the Grantor specified below as the “Easement Area”, and on the terms and conditions set forth herein, and in consideration of the agreements of the Grantee herein. Grantor and Grantee agree as follows:
